A fast, cheap ćevapi grill a short walk off Knez Mihailova: several near-identical grill counters cluster in this area, so pick the busiest one rather than one name — order at the counter or table, eat in 20–30 minutes, no reservation needed.
One of the oldest kafanas in Belgrade, beside the cathedral: grills, stews and rakija in a low-ceilinged room; go for lunch, before the evening rush.
