Helpers on country, city and place pages

Guide pages now carry the reader tools that were built separately: feedback, follow, personal entry notes, page questions and reminders.

    • A "Was this helpful?" block on city, country, region, place, eat and sleep pages.
    • Follow buttons for travel advisories on country, city and basic city pages.
    • Entry requirements for your passport on country and city pages, and the nearest guide city in the home hero.
    • Ask this page on city, basic city and country pages.
    • Push reminders on departure, book-ahead and the planner day view.

Ask Voykit and Check my itinerary

Two AI-assisted features that answer from Voykit's own guides.

    • Ask Voykit gives short answers with citations to the guides, with a per-reader daily cap.
    • Check my itinerary reads a pasted plan and checks it against Voykit data.
  4. · Improved

    Phone-first layout across the site

Pages lead with the decision, and long pages fold into chapters on phones.

    • Home: search first, four chips and continents up.
    • City, country, region, route, dive and excursion pages: decision on top, chapters folded.
    • One Preferences menu, a three-zone Destinations menu, skip links and one search with clearer labels.
    • Bigger tap targets for links and chips.
  5. · Tools

A batch of sourced tools for the parts of a trip that go off plan.

  6. · Tools

Year heatmap, weather window, diet finder and morning brief

Planning tools built on the month, weather and diet data already in the guides.

    • Year heatmap: a 12-month grid with a panel per month; unknown cells stay marked unknown.
    • Weather window: a day-by-day green / amber / red strip per activity.
    • Diet finder: what is listed versus what to ask, with a standard allergy caution.
    • Morning brief: a daily card built from your trip, closures, holidays, strikes and leave time.
  7. · Improved

Both unit systems and a stronger planner

Measurements show in both systems with your own first, and the trip planner gained what-if tools.

    • Every measurement appears in metric and imperial; Auto picks yours from passport, home, IP, currency, then language.
    • Shift-dates what-if, best city order, closures scan and a subscribable ICS feed for trips.
    • Trip planner 2 at /trips/plus2.
