Erigavo (Ceerigaabo) is a highland town of about 41,000 people in the Sanaag region of Somaliland. It sits near Daallo Mountain, one of Somaliland's most visited national parks, and has a mild climate year-round. The town itself has a few markets and guesthouses; most travellers use it as a base for hiking or as a stop between Bosaso and Hargeisa.
