Kirk Yetholm
Visit Kirk Yetholm for a day hike on the Pennine Way or St Cuthbert's Way; otherwise skip – no need for an overnight stay.
Kirk Yetholm is a tiny Border village, the northern end of the Pennine Way and a waypoint on St Cuthbert's Way. With limited services, most walkers stay one night at the Border Hotel or a B&B and spend the rest of the day on the trail. If you’re not hiking, a quick stop is possible but a full stay isn’t justified.
