Longyan
龙岩
Spend a half‑day to full day in Longyan for a glimpse of Hakka culture and nearby Tulou; no need to stay overnight unless you plan a Tulou stay.
Longyan is a 2.5 million‑person city in Fujian with limited tourist infrastructure. A few hours let you see the city centre, catch a bus to the UNESCO‑listed Tulou or Mount Guanzhi Geopark, and sample Hakka hot‑spring resorts. Overnight stays are only worthwhile if you extend your Tulou itinerary.
