Baco

Skip Baco as a destination: it is a quiet agricultural town with no sights, no bars and one hotel. Use it only as a jeepney stop between Calapan and Puerto Galera.

Baco is a small municipality in Oriental Mindoro, 30 minutes east of Calapan and 45 minutes west of Puerto Galera. It has no tourist attractions, no nightlife and one hotel. Most travellers pass through on the way to the coast. A stop for lunch or a jeepney transfer is enough; do not plan a stay.
