Sa Kaeo is a small provincial capital on the Thai‑Cambodian border, 245 km east of Bangkok. Its main draws are border market Rong Kluea, several ancient temple sites and two national parks. It is reachable by road, bus or train in 4–5 h, making it a feasible day‑trip, but the parks warrant an overnight stay.
